1. Introduction
Welcome to 3Lines! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 3Lines website and services, including LIC Payments, Credit Card Payments, and Domestic Money Transfers (DMT). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
• "3Lines," "we," "us," "our": Refers to the company providing the 3Lines platform and services.
• "User," "you," "your": Refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the 3Lines platform.
• "Services": Refers to the LIC Payments, Credit Card Payments, and Domestic Money Transfers (DMT) services offered by 3Lines.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Account Registration
a. Account Creation:
To access certain services, you must create an account with 3Lines. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.
b. Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 3Lines will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
5. Use of Services
a. Compliance with Laws:
You agree to use the 3Lines services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the services is lawful.
b. Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to:
• Use the services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the services.
• Use the services to transmit any harmful or malicious code, viruses, or malware.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the 3Lines platform or its systems.
c. Accuracy of Information:
You are responsible for providing accurate information when using the services, including payment details, account information, and beneficiary details. 3Lines is not responsible for errors or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
6. Payment Terms
a. Fees:
Certain services provided by 3Lines may be subject to fees. These fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. By using the services, you agree to pay any applicable fees.
b. Payment Methods:
3Lines accepts various payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and UPI. You authorize 3Lines to charge your selected payment method for any transactions you initiate through the platform.
c. Failed Payments:
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, or other reasons, you will be notified, and you may need to provide an alternative payment method. 3Lines is not responsible for any late fees, penalties, or other consequences arising from failed payments.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
a. Refunds:
Refunds for transactions made through 3Lines are subject to the policies of the respective service providers (e.g., LIC, credit card issuers). 3Lines will assist you in processing refund requests, but the final decision lies with the service provider.
b. Cancellations:
Once a transaction is initiated through 3Lines, it cannot be cancelled if the payment has already been processed. If you wish to cancel a transaction before it is processed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
8. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership:
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the 3Lines platform and services are the property of 3Lines or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
b. Restrictions:
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the 3Lines platform or its content without our express written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
a. Disclaimer of Warranties:
The 3Lines services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the services.
b. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3Lines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
c. Maximum Liability:
In no event shall 3Lines' total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the amount paid by you to 3Lines for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3Lines, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
a. Termination by You:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting 3Lines customer support. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the services.
b. Termination by 3Lines:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
c. Effect of Termination:
Upon termination, any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination will survive. This includes any fees due for services rendered.
12. Modifications to the Terms
3Lines reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and indicating the effective date. Your continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws Telangana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
b. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the IPC. The arbitration shall take place in Telangana and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
14. Miscellaneous
a. Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 3Lines regarding the use of the services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
b. Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
c. Waiver:
The failure of 3Lines to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
d. Assignment:
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 3Lines may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
